Asbury’s Health Ministry annually provides a special Christmas ornament for those who have lost a loved one the past year. There will be a table in the Community Room/Parlor on Sundays 12/2, 12/9, 12/16/18 for you to select an ornament and give tribute to his/her life. It helps with the journey of grieving and coping without your loved one through the holidays. Friends and family are welcome to take one for others coping with a loss. Kathy Woodley and family make many of the ornaments available and we thank her for this gift of healing.

We encourage all those who have suffered a loss this year to plan ahead for special days to help you. Support groups are offered as a safe place to seek tips on dealing with the journey. Check the Asbury website often for new sessions forming or contact Bill Arnold, Asbury’s Director of Congregational Care (   ), or Doris Farrar from Asbury’s Health Ministry (   ).
