Asbury Church is going ‘OVER THE EDGE’ and you can help!
On Saturday, May 12, 2018 approximately 80 individuals will join together at the top of Tower 6, the soon-to-be-completed glass-and-steel office building at Sixth and Hamilton streets in downtown Allentown, and rappel down the side of the building all in support of The Lehigh Conference of Churches. The Lehigh Conference of Churches, in partnership with City Center Allentown and Over The Edge, has put together this first-of-its-kind fundraising event in the region. The goal is to raise $150,000 to help local families and individuals in crisis.
Asbury Church is a proud supporter of The Lehigh Conference of Churches and offers assistance through Asbury In Mission. Now for 'Valley Over The Edge' Asbury members Sheri Miltenberger, Robin Fitch, and Robin's son Brian have graciously agreed to be Asbury Church’s representatives in this exciting adventure! You're not going to want to miss this!
Here's how you can help...
Each participant has to raise $1,000 to secure their spot. All donations go directly to The Lehigh Conference of Churches in support of their very important programs. The money raised will help The Conference continue its life-changing work, meeting basic human needs and providing a sense of belonging and hope to the tens of thousands of lives touched each year.
