Pastor Eric has talked many times about the importance of small groups and having intentional relationships with people who have the same goal. These groups provide us with opportunities to connect with each other; share the journey of knowing, loving and serving God; and help us grow in our relationship with Jesus. When you get together with other Christians in a small group environment you find it will give you the power and strength to become the person God created you to be. If you are looking for a small group opportunity, we will be offering several options this fall.

Beginning with an overview the Twelve Minor Prophets and the distribution of an outline for the next 12 weeks, each week participants will explore another of the works known as the Twelve Minor Prophets of the Hebrew Bible. The Old Testament Prophets were loyal servants of God risking their lives as they confronted kings, princes and rulers with their foretelling messages from God. They poured their souls into their pleas that their hearers would repent and turn back towards God. Join us any Tuesday as you are able at 10:00 AM. For more information – including a schedule, overview and questions for reflection – please contact Bill Arnold.

Chrysalis ~ Sundays 9:30 AM // Room 215

The Chrysalis Sunday School class is a meeting place for adults to share and discuss on a variety of topics including: religion, church, society, history, and leadership. The Chrysalis class is largely self-led and self-directed. Sometimes a single question can trigger deep discussion about the topic for that Sunday. Generally, we study narrow topics for 2 weeks and then shift to a different topic. We develop the schedule of topics internally and vote on the topics to generate a schedule with the most interest to the most participants. Our class meets every Sunday morning at the Sunday School hour throughout the year. We welcome visitors and would like any and all interested to stop in and participate.
