End of Life Planning Workshop

Bill Arnold, Asbury’s Director of Congregational Care, will be offering a 4-week End of Life Planning Workshop. The group will meet for 4 Wednesdays April 19 through May 10. Registration is required by April 15th and will be limited to the first 20 registrants. Sunday Evening Lenten Bible Study

Deacon Greg Ellis will be leading a Lenten Bible Study on Sunday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in Room 208. Join us Sunday, March 5 through Sunday, April 9 as we study the Book of Jude. This small book contains words of warning and encouragement that are relevant today. Each weekly lesson is self-contained, so join us any Sunday if you can’t make it every week.

Women's Retreat at Pocono Plateau - 3/17 thru 3/19

A women's retreat will be held at Pocono Plateau on March 17-19, 2017. Join women from Salem and Salem-Berne United Methodist churches to have fellowship, fun, enjoy winter activities and grow spiritually as we walk in God's forgiveness and learn to forgive others. The retreat will run from 8 pm on Friday through 1 pm on Sunday. Cost $150. Meals and snacks are provided. Alternate Grief Support Group begins 2/27

An alternate Grief Support group called “Caring in a Nutshell” will be offered by Asbury's Parish Nurses & Health Ministry and is open to all members and friends of Asbury United Methodist Church who have suffered a loss.
