Asbury Staffing Announcement

Stephanie Cramer, Asbury's part time youth director, has been appointed co-pastor of Grace-St. Paul United Methodist Church in Jim Thorpe, PA. Stephanie will be pastoring the church with her husband.  Although it was only for a short time, Asbury's youth have been blessed by Stephanie's ministry.  Stephanie will be leaving May 31st after she completes teaching the confirmation class.  Pastor Eric will be setting up a video conference meeting with all parents of Asbury youth next week to discu ...

Cub Scout Pack 12 Fall Open House - September 13

Cub Scout Pack 12 of Asbury UMC is holding their Fall Open House Friday, September 13 at 6:45 PM. This Open House is a great opportunity to check out Cub Scouts!! Cub Scouts is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th grade. We are a Friday Night pack, meaning our Den Meetings and most of the Pack activities take place Friday nights. Come meet the fun scouts and leaders that make up Pack 12 and see what scouting is all about!

Lay Leadership/Nominations - Fall 2019

On September 1, the Lay Leadership/Nominations group will start filling vacancies in the following administrative committees: Trustees, Finance, Staff-Parish Relations & Church Council. If you have suggestions of Asbury members who might have the skills, spiritual gifts & experience to serve on these committees, please submit the names to . (you may also suggest your own name) Please note that all Asbury teams need to be diverse in terms of gender, age, worship service attended, etc., so not all suggested names can be nominated. Asbury Mystery Dinner Theater (Golden Girls) - Sep 21 (Buy Tickets Now)

Buy your tickets now to the Golden-Girls themed Mystery Dinner theater, September 21 at 6 PM. Tickets are $50/individual or $40/ea if an entire table of 8 is purchased.

Proceeds support the Asbury Capital Campaign. Dinner includes Pot Roast and Chicken with Potatoes, Vegetables, Dessert, Coffee and Tea. Doors open at 6 PM.  Dinner is served at 6:30 PM

Coolers Needed for WV Work Week Mission Trip

The West Virginia Work Week mission trip is in need of large coolers to transport food. If you are able to loan a large cooler, please label it with your name and place it in the hall outside the Wesley Center Kitchen on by 7/19 so they can be packed. Coolers will be returned on 7/27.
