Grief Support Group starting 9/19

Congregational Care & The Health Ministry will offer a six-week Grief Support Group at Asbury on Saturdays from 10:00 to 11:30 AM in the Aldersgate Room beginning on September 19 and running through October 24. If you have lost a loved one in the past year, or suffered any kind of loss in your life, you are VERY welcome to come and support others as well as find support and growth through grief. Ushers Needed for the 11AM Service

Ushers are needed for the first and second Sunday 11:00 a.m. Sanctuary services. If you regularly attend the 11:00 a.m. service and are free to serve on either the first or second Sunday at 11:00 a.m. please contact Cyndi Frank (, 610-799-6079) for further details. This is a once a month commitment and is a rewarding way to serve our Church and congregants.

Charge Conference - Wed 9/30

There is a Charge Conference scheduled for Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 7:00 here at Asbury in Rm 217. For those who are not familiar with what a Charge Conference is, it is an annual meeting with Dr. Cotto, our District Superintendent, to review and evaluate the total mission and ministry of the church, receive reports, and adopt objectives and goals.

Camp Innabah Fall Classic – 10/10

The Camp Innabah Fall Classic is a 5-mile trail jaunt through the scenic French Creek area of Chester County. A 2-mile walk is also available. The race is at Camp Innabah on Saturday, October 10th starting at 8:30 am. Awards will be given at the free pancake breakfast afterwards. Cost to participate is $30. Ramos donations needed for special playground equipment

Special Equipment for Special Students

As you may know the project to renovate and expand the playground at Luis A.
