UMW July Collection

During the month of July, Asbury’s UMW will be collecting school supplies for the Freedom School in Allentown and "Back to School Bash". This event strives to meet the needs of the poorest inner city residents of Allentown. The UMW has also purchased 24 book bags for this event and asks that you donate your favorite school supplies for expected 400 community residents. Donation boxes can be found near the elevators. For monetary donations, please contact Debi Olphin at .

More Adult Volunteers Needed At The Ramos School

Luis A. Ramos Elementary School at 15th and Allen in Allentown needs more adult volunteers for the 2015-2016 school year. Now is a great time to take care of getting the necessary clearances. Please contact Jeanne Muthard (610-509-5464 or ) for information or if you wish to volunteer.

Children’s Ministries Summer Update

Everlasting Life Ministries Food Drive

Did you know that Everlasting Life Ministries feeds between 150 and 200 families per week and receives no government assistance to do so? Please help Asbury to support this ministry during the month of July by donating non-perishable canned and boxed food items in the bins located on lower level across from the Church office. Donations for VBS Teachers’ Hospitality Room

Are you able to help supply snacks for the Vacation Bible School Teachers’ Hospitality Room?   Donations are requested for the teachers' hospitality room at this year's VBS 7/27 through 7/31. 4th Annual CROP Hunger Bike Ride Update

The 4th Annual CROP Hunger Bike Ride was held on Saturday June 6th with fantastic results. By the numbers: a record 85 riders participated riding a record total of 4,290 miles and raising a record $2,660 to fight hunger in the Lehigh Valley and around the world. Thanks to Debi Olphin, the Lehigh Wheelmen, Debi’s crew of volunteers and all the participants for a great event!
