Mission Brunch - Sun 6/3/18

Dr. Chris Hena is one of our long-time mission partners in Liberia. When Dr. Hena's clinic was built in Liberia, it was wired for 110 AC, but light fixtures were not purchased due to lack of funds. Asbury has pledged $2000 to help with light fixtures and bulbs. A mission brunch will be held on Sunday, June 3, 2018 from 9:45am to 12:15pm to help raise funds for lighting through your freewill donations. Come enjoy a delicious brunch for a great cause!

Donation of Flip-Flops Needed for Dr. Chris Hena

In July, Dr. Chris Hena, one of our long-time mission partners in Liberia, is holding a health camp for the 35 communities around Kakata. A key to avoiding infections and parasites is to make sure the people have footwear. Dr. Hena is requesting 200 pairs of new or gently used flip-flops for 1-year olds to adults. Place them in the designated barrel across from the church office by June 22, 2018. Thanks for helping us help Dr. Hena and the people of Liberia.
