During worship on Sunday, May 3, a new opportunity will be presented where you can have an impact on children and youth in center-city Allentown. You can have the opportunity to tutor children at Ramos Elementary School in Allentown.
You can be involved at several levels with our Asbury | Ramos Initiative.
Pray for Ramos teachers and students.
Give an hour a week of your time to help a student with reading and math.
Pray for and offer Christ’s love to that student.

In the event of an emergency such as the power outage experienced last October,Asbury has taken steps to become a shelter for the members of the congregation. We have shower and kitchen facilities, camp pads and internet connections. The church answering service will be prepared to help with any information you may require and will arrange to have someone meet you at the church.

Asbury is teaming up with the Crime Victims Council of the Lehigh Valley (CVCLV) to provide support, education, and resources for persons who have been victims of sexual abuse and/or anyone who is seeking to cope with the spiritual and emotional issues related to sexual abuse. Mentors are needed during weekdays to work with people enrolled in the Lehigh Conference of Churches' PEP program. The enrollees are hand-selected to go through an intensive 8-week job retraining program.
