Rally Day signals the time to gather again for fellowship and contemporary study in the Cheers Sunday School class.  The 12^th will be an informal “how was your summer” session with prayer and fellowship followed by worship and then fun at the Rally Day picnic.  Then we will really get things going with a Cheers pool (heated) side social at 3PM on September 18^th at the Barraco's house. Our first study will start on the 19^th with Boundaries, a 9 week study.  All adults are invited to join!  For more information, please contact Bob Barraco or Paul Wood .

A Journey Into Narnia is an 8-week study led by Pastor Eric and Carlen Blackstone starting Monday, September 20 from 7:30-8:30. We’ll discuss the Christian symbolism in C.S. Lewis’ books and see clips from Disney’s first two movies in preparation for “The Voyage of the Dawn Treader” coming out on December 10th. Books will be made available. Ask about child care.

The All-church Retreat will be at Camp Innabah from Friday, October 29 – Sunday, October 31. Get more information and register in the Community Room between services or at the downstairs entrance to Open Door from September 26 - October 10. There are ways for everyone to participate.

 Pastor Mark will be leading a Bible Study on the Book of Revelation on Tuesday evenings from 7:00-8:15 PM in Room 215 from Oct. 5 - Nov. 16. All are welcome!

All families are invited to join the Asbury Young Families Group for a pot luck lunch on Sunday September  26^th at 12:30 pm in the Wesley Center.  Drinks and place settings will be provided.  Please bring a main dish, side dish or dessert to share.   There will be plenty of food and fun, including some games and activities for everyone. Asbury is forming an adult work team to go to the Nashville area from 9/25 to 10/2 to rebuild homes damaged by Spring floods. Over 3,000 families need help.
